Beef Braciole

Beef Braciole is a roulade, I stuffed mine with Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, shallots, garlic, parsley, pesto & parm

pan fried & browned

& cooked in your favorite homemade sauce for a few hours, makes a delicious Sunday dinner.
