Tiara's Shrimp Tempura

This is my cute 15 year old daughter Tiara~after cheer practice she jumped in the kitchen and made us some dinner. She always amazes me, she is impulsive, likes to try new things & always makes up her own recipes~

She created her own tempura batter which was light &  delicate~ it had great flavor!

...and for dessert

she dipped the shrimp in her homemade strawberry berry jam she made earlier in the week & tempura~served with  brown sugar & agave
It was Yummy!!

The love of Spaghetti~ it just makes you smile!

I love making fresh pasta, shopping for unique shapes, sizes & colors for a special celebration or holiday cioppino. Before my kitchen remodel the big fun was throwing it on the ceiling to see if it would stick. I even threw down on parchement one summer on our outdoor table- sauce, meatballs and all!

Crispy Rosemary Cracker from Costco

I love this crispy cracker from Costco. (you may want to close your eye when you break it apart) It has a nice light rosemary flavor and makes a great appetizer or snack. I topped mine with
with a slice of manchego & olive tapenade.
