Pickled Garden Cucumbers

I always have these crisp pickled summer cucumbers chill'n in the fridge. Awesome thrown in a salad, sandwich or jus on the side~
6 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 C. Sugar
1 t. Salt
Fresh Dill
Whole Peppercorns
Combine & add sliced cucmber & red onion~

  1. Yum, this looks delicious and so easy to prepare. I think some mushrooms would be good to add to it, too! Hope you guys had a happy 4th!
